Great customer service! I The customer service person took the time to discuss with me what needed to be done. I had crusty salt laden carpets and they came out as good as new.

Having to get oil changes usually sucks because places are always trying to upcharge you. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Delta Sonic today. I felt that Carlos professionally and respectfully offered me choices, without being pushy or telling me I needed something unnecessarily. He answered my questions and explained everything efficiently but thoroughly. The other two men who worked on my car, Connor and Vinny, were both also kind, respectful, and thorough. It was the best oil change experience I've had and I will come back. I value being treated like a competent human, not a walking dollar sign, and that will absolutely earn my return business. Thank you!
