Gabe and his crew were friendly and professional. He found the tires i requested, ordered and had installed same day. Beat a competitors price too. Been going there for years and ill be back to do my brakes one day!

Would book it a 0 if I could. Do not go to this place if you want to be robbed! I literally left feeling so taken advantage of. The price and what I was charge was over the amount of the services that were provided. $500 for a battery change and almost $900 for a hose change (piece of PLASTIC), coolant flush, and a thermostat housing change. Should've just brought it to the dealership to pay that much. Come on now, the internet is not going to agree on this. Not loyal to repeat customer. Poor guys cause I referred a lot of business to them, not anymore. Go here if you are okay with spending a minimum of $500. Reporting this to corporate.

Huge shoutout to Mitch and his team at Delta World Tire for coming through for me when I was in a bind. They were fast, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to help me get back on the road with zero stress. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which goes a long way. That said, the Delta World Tire shop on Broad St. in New Orleans is still my number one — they’ve always set the bar for me. But Mitch and his crew absolutely held it down and earned my respect. Highly recommend if you need reliable help when it really matters!

I have been to a few Delta World tires in the area and all have given me great service. Today my car was overheating and I happened to be in Kenner. Mitch was very helpful and explained in detail what I needed, how much time it would take and the final price. He even showed me the guide they use for time so I knew he was being honest. That’s great customer service!!

I have had may vehicles and been to many shops, but never have I ever had such a good experience. Service advisor and manager were both SUPER friendly and informative. While I will say they are not the cheapest, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I have paid more for very crappy work, but this shop by far exceeded expectations! Will be back and refer everyone I can!!!
