DeMartini RV Sales

First, let me say that I live in the area, so know that DeMartini has a good reputation locally, and for a very long time. Any motor home, trailer, camper, automobile purchased new is going to have problems. I have purchased several RVs from DeMartini over the years. And yes, they had things go wrong with them. So what is important is what comes next: The service department has been great about getting things fixed in a timely manner. The parts department has also been great about helping me shop for things I need, such as extras and add-ons. Meanwhile my neighbor purchased an RV in Sacramento. Now every time he needs work done he has to travel over an hour each way. Live and learn, I guess.

I spoke with Tim (the owner). I called from a midwestern state inquiring about an RV listed on their website. Tim was amazing. Took the time to talk through all the different RVs I was considering…even though he knew at this point in time he didn’t have a solution for me. Tim was a wealth of knowledge…I think he said he had 50 years in the industry. From my perspective, if a person goes out of there way, when they know at this time there isn’t a sale to be had…is an organization that is looking for long term relationships and repeat business. If by chance they do eventually find a coach for me…I would make the trip and buy from them.

All I did was make a phone call and said can i talk to someone in sales and his reply was "yea what do you want". Short and annoyed. Felt like I was a bother and I could tell he was absolutely annoyed. Sorry but before I travel 8 hours to look at a half a million unit id like to know its there. Sad part is its the unit I want but from that alone ill wait till another shows up.
