Demented Customs

I chose to take my car to Demented for hail repair instead of using one of the pop up shops like I did the year before. They went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfect. While they are not as fast as the pop up shops the quality of work is top notch and I'd much rather support a local business that will take pride in their work and not pack up and disappear overnight. I highly recommend them if you want to guarantee that your car looks good as new again.

I'm very happy with the work they did I thought it was going to be 2 weeks or more cause everyone else that knew I was in a wreck they would tell me their time and how long it took. Excellent customer service very patient with me and all my questions. The job they did is absolutely amazing.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I DO NOT recommend this shop. My mother had 2 vehicles redone here. BOTH are still not running almost 6 years later. They did not follow the wishes for the build. They robbed my father's shop of thousands of dollars of parts. They took advantage of my mother during a horrendous time. My dad had just passed and she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It took 3 years to get 2 non-functional vehicles. When I questioned Jamie he got aggressive and violent. Save your money because this shop is trash.

Great experience at Demented Custom Auto & Body. Extremely attentive and helpful with my wife's Fiat Spider Abarth minor repair. Also helped suggest some customization that really set off the paint scheme. Got us in and out without a long delay and everything was perfect! Couldn't be happier!
