Lowest price out of 3 different volkswagen dealerships. They matched the price with another dealership with a lower price so we didnt have to go anywhere else. Also. The service department. Ray and Gregg were awesome. Needed a part from conroe dealership that was 220 under account and they price matched without trouble because the parts store in Conroe was closed. Gregg helped find the part and took the time to do it and Ray price matched (without tax fyi) and sold the part to me at cost under account that we had with the conroe location. Great attitude. Not pushy. Awesome people.. Sales people were Jasmine and Eric. They took no for an answer and didnt push anything like usual dealerships do. Great experience. My mom is super happy lol.

Had a really bad experience at the place we bought our Volvo. Horrible experience. Went looking for a new home to help us maintain our car and found DeMontrond. What an awesome place!!! I'll be taking my Volvo to DeMontrond and no one else. Ken and Karen, and Rich made us feel like family. I actually look forward to coming back in 10k miles 😁.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was in the need of a vehicle quickly as I travel excessively for work. I test drove a vehicle and really liked it but when I saw the lift gate had dents and there was a dent near bumper , I told the salesman Felix that I wasn’t interested in the vehicle. Felix said Demontrond would fix the vehicle and give me a loaner so I decided to buy the vehicle on these promises. I then was told they don’t do loaners. I then will have to come out of pocket for a rental on a vehicle I just purchased. They told me to drop the car off and since I’m coming out of pocket for the rental , I asked what specific days the car would be repaired so I don’t waste money just waiting on them to get to the vehicle. I can not get anyone to answer me for a MONTH. Not to mention b

Great used car lot. Salesperson Jordan was extremely nice and cool and knows his product. Very professional with no rush and stress to buy a car now and right now. Good and fair prices on products. Highly recommended for used cars.

Hansen Hobbs sold me a Kia Rio for my son’s first car. He was efficient and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I knew everything about the car and was satisfied with my purchase. He worked with his manager to get me a good deal and even shared some amazing homemade tamales with me. When I had to leave before the car was ready to go to a wedding, he made sure to get it in top detailed condition and then delivered it to my house himself (40 min away!). I have been through the car buying experience multiple times and this was hands down the best experience ever. Thank you Mr. Hobbs!
