DeMontrond Buick GMC

I’m really disappointed with the way I’ve been treated here. I bought a 2024 GMC Acadia. It has less than 18,000 miles on it and I’ve had one issue after another. Started out with headlights and brake lights going out soon after I purchased it. They addressed it and I thought no big deal. Then I bring it in on 2 separate occasions for a tire sensor issue, noisy brakes and the car warning me there was only 18% life left for the brakes, and the sunroof seal flying off when I drive. They sent me on my way the first time telling me I needed proof. I took photos and videos and returned with proof. They said they were ordering parts and would call me. I check back in 6 weeks later and they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about and they’d look into it. 2 days later my coolant leak

Working with Rey Esquivel and the team at DeMontrond Buick GMC was a absolute pleasure. Two days prior I had been at another GMC Dealer in Baytown and it was an absolute nightmare trying to deal with their group. The following day I reached out to Rey and we got to work. I was able to get the exact truck that I wanted and a great deal on my trade in. After we had the deal done and agreed to I was pressed for time due to work and had to come back the following morning to finalize and pick up. When I arrived Rey was ready and so was the truck. I spent less than 10 mins with financing just signing off and I was back out the door to Rey who was waiting to run me thru some of the last tech items in the truck and the set up of OnStar and Sirius. I can’t say enough good things about Yair and Nacho (Ignacio). I bought a car from them this week and they made a terrific deal on it for me. And they made it, I didn’t have to grind them into it. The interest rate they offered was inline with what I was pre approved through my bank, they were transparent about pricing, and it was fast. I arrived with a phone charger, a book, and snacks. I left with sealed snacks and a full charge on my phone. I know this review sounds fake, but I am that impressed. Y’all give them a try.
