If I could give a half star I would. Consumers beware! My friend took his car here recently and Brian assured him that HE could fix it. For starters as a business owner, you do not promise a customer anything, you deliver exceptional customer service and a smile. The car went in with one problem and came back out with several!! Now he is going to have to find another mechanic to fix the mess that Brian or should I say, his workers, screwed up. That More money and more headache than it was worth.

Dempsey runs hell of a show at his garage. Very kind/polite to describe him. I have came once to ask for prices about my oil change. He has gave me FREE ESTIMATES over the phone. My dictionary are running out of words to describe how immaculate this shop is! Dempsey accommodates each and every customer.

Brian looked over my Toyota sienna in preparation for a long trip and I asked him to mount and balance four new tires I supplied. He listened to my concerns found some issues and fixed everything. My van drives like new and I couldn’t be happier. Prices were fair and the job was completed in a timely manner. Will be back for more work when the time comes. Thanks!
