I had a great experience with this towing company! From the moment I called, Brittany went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly helpful, honest, and very polite. She took the time to listen to my situation, reassured me when I was stressed, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. You could really tell she cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She arranged for a tow truck to be sent out right away, and the driver arrived promptly. He was also very polite and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the excellent service from both Brittany and the driver. This is a company that really values its customers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable towing services!

The lady who took my call was decently polite, and got the job done. Tow truck driver was friendly at pick up but when I asked for paperwork or receipt at the end he got the biggest attitude, and was so rude telling me he couldn’t give me paperwork, and I needed to call which is fine, I didn’t mind at all to do that but your attitude in a crappy time when I just spent $260 to get my car home is very unnecessary. Not sure if the prices are cheap compared to others, I only called one other place and just decided to go with Denny’s.

Was broke down on I35 headed to Dallas when my drive shaft came loose. My companies shop called Dennny's and they sent out Erik in truck 95 to tow me to a truck stop. This guy was a professional knew how to do his job and was pretty quick at it. Although the truck stop was full that late at night, Erik went the extra mile and found a spot to park me for the night till they could get me into the shop in the morning. Thanks Denny's Towing and thanks Erik for being a good dude.
