I've taken my vehicle in to them twice now for 2 separate repairs and both times have been excellent service. They are very straightforward and fair with pricing. I was quoted almost double from another shop for the same work. Quick turnaround time as well. Will definitely go back if needed.

All I can say is do not take your vehicle here. I was referred to them by a friend believing they provided good service. Maybe in the past when it was operated by the original owner but things have changed. They do not communicate. I had to initiate every call asking the status of my vehicle. Each time there was a delay and an excuse. When we finally get the vehicle back it was still leaking and other problems were discovered. Upon inspection of their work. Reassembly was not properly completed. As an example, oil pan bolts not torqued, no sealant applied to surfaces and leaving the 2 rear transmission cross member nuts off. They clearly do not pay attention to detail and do not quality check their work for safety and customer satisfaction. BEWARE!!

I brought my truck in for a transmission inspection and fluid leak diagnosis. After several days with no updates, I had to call them. They identified the transfer case and a motor mount as the issues. Another week passed with no contact, and upon calling again, I was told they were waiting on parts. This cycle continued for three weeks, filled with excuses and delays. Finally, I got my truck back. A month and a half later, I noticed transmission fluid leaks on my driveway again. The 'fixed' motor mount hasn't resolved the slamming sound when stopping. I'm extremely disappointed that, despite the cost, the problems persist. I won't be returning. My car has been there for 9 months!!! I have paid over $5,000 to have my transmission rebuilt supposedly it's rebuilt but I have a coolant issue .I have bought everything radiator all the parts and hoses to have my coolant system replaced. I keep getting told that they will get on it at the end of the week. But weeks go by I still have no car. I was told that they have a new staff new builder and then I would be a priority!!! I still have no car. I pay every month for insurance on my car that I can't use because it's not being fixed. Like they tell me it's going to be .. .This matter will be handled in the courts. Please beware.

All I can say is, wow. What appeared to be father and son shop is well, in my opinion, one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop . Given a flat rate. Told all the factors I needed to understand and the scope of everything it intald of what was being done. For me, they went above and beyond and even offered a ride home the day of my appointment if needed. Yes, they have limited parking, but well be orth this slit inconvenience
