Don't go there if looking to get a professional job done. Promise job to be complete next day. Took almost 2 weeks. Paint don't really macth, multiple spots with black lines n some spots were paint drops. Was promised a car detailed for the inconvenience that never happened. Windshield, roof with lots of dots from primer. Worst of everything got home opened the hood to find out power steering cap missing. I other a new one, didn't want it to go back to this place since I'm pretty sure how the confirmation will go n they will not take any responsibility at all.

This place is amazing!!! I took my car to three different places. I went to Service King and they quoted me a price almost $1,800 for a six inch scratch. No dents just a SIX INCH SCRATCH. I took it to the dealer and they quoted me an estimate of $2,800!!! Again for a SIX INCH SCRATCH!! I was referred to Dent Doctor by my uncle. I am forever grateful to him. Dent Doctor did an amazing job. His price was a thousand to two thousand dollars difference. You cannot tell my door was scratched. The people there are very friendly. Call Dent Doctor first and you won’t call anyone else!!!

Poor communication. The service I took it in for was completed, but they did extra damage to my car. The slow service I can understand. Parts can take a while to come in, but their lack of communication was frustrating. I would wait a week to hear back from them. After a month, when my car was fixed, I found issues with the windows and locks that weren't there before. I took it back to them. They said they would order the part to fix it, but I'm still waiting to get a call from them weeks later. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Dent Doctor did an amazing job on my teenage daughter’s car. Between parking lot mishaps and daily use, her car had collected more than a few dents and scratches, and she was honestly embarrassed to drive it. After Dent Doctor worked their magic, the car looks brand new...smooth, clean, and something she’s proud to be seen in again. The whole process was professional, quick, and stress-free.
