I was coming here for my car's needs until my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It took about 2 weeks for them to even look at my car and they broke my personal property and denied any responsibility. The customer service left much to be desired. I had decent experiences here in the past and the prices aren't the worst but I won't be back if I can help it.

Dependable Auto Repair was great in helping us out when we had a radiator issue while traveling to Leadville. They were willing to get us in on their schedule and get us back on the road and even offered us a ride while we waited for them to get to our car. Great service and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

Incredible Service in a Tough Situation We were camping with our trailer when we realized it wasn’t charging which meant no heat, no water, and no way to manage the essentials. Our trailer depends on the car to charge its batteries, so I suspected the issue might be with the car battery. I drove out to get it checked, but on the way, the entire electrical system in the car shut down. I barely made it to Dependable Auto Repair. Shaun McElroy, who I believe is the owner, originally said he could get the part by 8 a.m. but wouldn’t have time to work on the car until 1 p.m. I explained I was in a tough spot my wife and three young kids were still at the campsite, and we couldn’t leave or function without the car working. Took my ZJ in for an alignment n tie rods, while yes they did that. They did not tell me I would now be needing struts…. In the auto industry you need to be transparent and forth coming with your customers… especially locals… Thanks but I won’t be coming back.
