Dependable Tire & Brake

I called to get a quote on a set of tires for my model Y performance. The woman on the phone asked for my tire size. I told her I don’t have that in front of me and asked if she Had a system she could just plug in my car and spit out the stock tires. I told her all I know is that they are smaller in the front and larger in the back. Her first comment was “that’s usually how staggered works.” I said “excuse me?” She said “ I said that’s usually how staggered works. You said it 3 times. I know they’re staggered.” At this point I was in absolute shock that I was being harassed for calling in asking about tires to a tire shop??? The call concluded with her HANGING up on me. The last thing she said “call when you know what you need?” *Click* ARE YOU SERIOUS???? That is how DEPENDABLE TIRE & BRA

Very knowledgeable shop. One of the few mom and pop shops you SHOULD support. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well. They're busy. So you might have to wait until your car is serviced. But at least you'll have the peace of mind that it was done right and you got a fair deal.
