Took my car not once but twice- for the same issue. First time, they gave me a used part.. second time, they claimed the part was new and now a month after my year warranty, the same PART GOES OUT AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! You will be out more money by having to have your vehicle back over and over again and the issue is still unresolved! Word of mouth does a lot for a business….. they should keep this in mind!

We had tire trouble while traveling on the Natchez Trace. We were so blessed to find Depot Automotive in Utica!! The guys there provided excellent customer service with such honesty, while knowing we were in a bind and stuck. They got us back on the road quickly.

As always very friendly, helpful, professional, honest , and concern about your vehicle, He tells you exactly what's wrong and what he's doing it doesn't take long to do it at all. He always tell you the amount of time that it probably will take. I've always been satisfied with the work he does and prices is very reasonable.

I do not typically write reviews. I'm doing this review because I truly feel Russell is a honest, capable technician who will do the job right and at a fair price. I was in a tough spot and he took care of me and that is worth noting. If I lived closer I'd have him for my everyday mechanic.

It's a small shop in a small town. Locally owned and these are good people. They will do you right. Very nice and friendly. They will treat you like family when you come in their shop and make sure you walk out with a smile on your face. Very well equipped and certified mechanics. Best shop around hands down.
