Went in with a mystery scraping sound and an incorrect guess at what it was. The mechanic who worked on Honda was able to correctly identify the issue and completed the work in a quick and timely manner all while maintaining communication of what was happening with my vehicle. Went in to get an oil change, employees saw me standing there waiting for assistance and never offered any help totally ignored me. I was very disappointed with customer service and left.
