I would rate the business even less if possible. Been here sometimes and the quality of work is unbearable The garage is not kept tightier or anything they're always looking for parts Don't usually have oil in the building to do a simple oil change sometimes the prices are a little astronomical. I've noticed when I come in that there is the same cars here all the time Not a lot of publicity They don't offer any discounts. They I don't know just seems to not be a very well organized business I'm not sure how long it's been around but I can tell it's just not a very noticeable business in the location that it's either They need more signage

First time there everything went well and everyone was nice. However, the second time they charged me nearly twice of what my estimate stated and nothing went wrong so there is no excuse (also somehow the card reader was down and they needed the payment in cash or I would have to wait longer). They said it would take 3 days with 4 being the latest for a lower control arm (btw I could have done myself in 3 hours but I'm out of state and couldn't do it) they then went on to needing a week to complete it. This put me at risk for my job, and cost me over 1.5k in pay for my job due to the extra few days they took. I trust their repairs but I do not advise anyone who is seeking fast and appropriate estimates to ever go here. I had another shop that would have had it done in a day. I didn't go be

Was told they changed the oil, apparently didn't because we brought it to Mavis down the street, and they told it infact was not changed prior to us coming there. So we were charged by derenicks for an oil change that never happened

Terrible work!!! Had vehicle 97 days to fix a transmission seal...ended up costing$ 997 came back with multiple problems because of lack of knowledge and specific tools needed for the job. caused over $ 1600 in damage!
