Desert Sun Collision Center

I had taken in my 2013 Subaru BRZ, with a custom body kit to have some repairs done. I had told them about the body kit being custom many times before I even had taken in the car, they even had images of the vehicle before they started work on it. They told me they would have no issues completing work on the vehicle and I should have it back within a week. Well today is the 6th day, and I receive a very discerning call, they contact me to tell me that after they had removed the back bumper, they had realized it was a custom body kit. Keep in mind, I had told them many times before this. I was told the vehicle was in the paint shop yesterday, but it seems all they have done in 6 days was take off the back bumper and realize that the vehicle had a custom body kit. Anyone that knows me, knows how much I love my Honda Accord. So, when my vehicle was involved in a hit and run, it was devastating to me. Desert Sun Collision Center in Roswell, NM was highly recommend. They took such good care of me. They helped with with the insurance claim and got my vehicle in right away. The repairs were absolutely flawless. The paint was a perfect match. You could not tell whatsoever, that any damage had ever been done to my vehicle. They also detailed my car, so when I picked it up… it looked better than when I dropped it off. Stopped in here on a road trip because the crazy wind had blown open our passenger side door breaking a hinge and putting the door off track. I had contacted their other mechanic office (via text which was super helpful!) and they got back to me immediately and directed me to their collision center. We went there and the mechanic (I wish I had caught his name because he was great!) helped us to get the door in working order and back on track within 15 minutes so we could finish our road trip safely and without the loud wind rushing in. These guys were friendly, helpful, super quick and I would highly recommend them!

Very happy with body repairs and paint on my 2018 JEEP JK. Fast and friendly service. The Ladies up front were friendly and very helpful. Didn't get a chance to thank the guys in back...so Thanks guys...great job. Well worth 10 stars.

I had to call three times because the first time no one got back to me after they said someone would txt me back info. The second time I got the txt and someone said they would call me back, again no one called back. On my third time I got some basic info and it did not gave me the security I was looking for to take my vehicle so I just went back to my ins. agent. Thanks!
