Desert Towing was phenomenal. Father-in-law's camper van broke down at the Tecopa Hot Springs area. Matt from Desert Towing was super responsive and reassuring, dispatching Tyler who was very experienced and got the camper van onto the flatbed carefully yet expeditiously. Father-in-law did a ride along and had the van towed to Orange County, which Desert Towing was up for the job even though it is 260 miles each way. Thank you so much for helping people in these unlucky situations and turning the experience so positively. Would highly recommend Desert Towing. Great customer service, great work ethics, superb professionalism.

Desert Towing is hands-down the best towing company in Pahrump! I called them after being involved in a Traffic Accident my truck was not drivable, and they were there faster than I expected. The dispatcher was super friendly and reassuring, and the driver was professional, courteous, and handled my vehicle like it was his own. Asked if I was alright! You can tell these folks really care about what they do and take pride in helping people out of tough situations. Fair pricing, quick response, and honest service — a rare combination these days. I hope I don’t need a tow anytime soon, but if I do, I’m definitely calling Desert Towing again. Highly recommend!

Jim from desert towing went above and beyond for the three of us and my dog when we got stranded literally in the middle of the desert! Not only was jim extremely kind but down to earth, when he dropped us off at the mechanic (it was dark and late) we also had to sleep in the car overnight, jim came back with mcdonald’s for all of us including my dog knowing that we hadn’t eaten for awhile. this man deserves a raise for all of his kindness, i have had experiences with plenty of tow company’s, and none have ever impacted me so positively like this one. i hope jim wins the lottery, i hope he finds $500 on the ground, i hope that any of his troubles disappear. thank you jim and desert towing for helping us get home!

I was broken down 2 hours north of Vegas, not a single truck company in Vegas would come get me. Desert Towing out of Pahrump said yes. The driver had to make a 6-hour round-trip drive to pick me up in no man's land Nevada. I was super impressed with how clean the truck was inside and out seeing as I had my girlfriend and my service dog he even brought a dog bed in the backseat for my dog. Had a pretty good entertaining ride home the driver was super friendly and personable.

Reasonable, understandable and courteous. Even though they have your vehicle, they still treat you like a human being.
