He gets it. … What do you do when your car unexpectedly breaks down on a extremely remote mountain road 2 days before Christmas with no major towns in sight…? You pray a guy like Desi n his shop exist !! That was the case for me. It was near closing time and Desi took initiative to get parts at Napa while i was in transit with White Mtn tow truck. Desi made arrangements with a hotel and dropped me off while he made the repair. I would of missed Christmas with family if not for Desi n his automotive expertise!! Thank you Desi! Happy Holidays. Highly recommend. Took our truck to Desi to run codes due to engine light on. We have a place in Overgaard but our main home is in southern Arizona. He got me right in and pulled the codes and did diagnostics to determine what could be wrong. Even though it wasn’t good news I appreciated his honesty and pricing. This is the mechanic you want to use if you need one in the Heber Overgaard area.

His price was comparable to repair shops in Phoenix, as was the quality of his customer service. Additionally, his shop was clean and organized, and that's usually a good sign of a quality mechanic. I had an issue after pulling over on the highway 277 - a metallic stick got stuck and was rubbing the ground. Tank God, I was only 2 miles away from Desi whom I found on internet. I had a better experience with a mechanics ever! Desi was so kind and helpful. He put my car on the car lift, saw what was going wrong and removed the metallic stick, with willing me to pay for his intervention. Cannot thank him enough for getting back on the road.
