Completely unprofessional and unreliable - left my daughter stranded. Called this company to help my daughter with a flat tire at UF in Gainesville (I'm in Miami). She had lost her locking wheel nut key and needed professional help to remove the security nut. Sean arrived but didn't have the proper tools. He told my daughter he'd "be right back" to get what he needed - then completely disappeared. Didn't answer texts or phone calls. My daughter was left waiting and stranded. I called the company's main number to report what happened. The person who answered promised to find out what was going on and call me back. Never heard from them again. Zero follow-up, zero accountability. Had to call a tow company and pay extra to get my daughter's car to a tire shop to finally get it fixed. This is

I highly recommend this company. I contacted Sean at Destynee Mobile Tire Services and he had a tech out to change my tire in 25 minutes. Both Sean and the tech were super nice to communicate with and I was able to send them my location via text so they could get to me quickly. We were back on the road within 10 minutes of the tech arriving. Thanks Sean!
