Horrible, stay away from this company. they did a terrible job on my truck. I paid for a complete detail and there were spots on the car inside and on the outside that they did not touch. they even had to wipe off the road tar from my rims before I left when I pointed it out to them. When I got home and went completely over the vehicle I was shocked at how many spots were missed, they didn't even wash out the bed of my truck? I emailed the owner pictures of all the issues with the vehicle asking him to make it right. He never returned my email, so I assume he has no desire to satisfy his customers. trust me stay away from Details Automotive, go to Ziebart or Splish and Splash both companies do a better job and care more for their customers.

Russ was absolutely wonderful! I had taken my previous Cadillac to, Details Automotive Detailing and they did a magnificent job, about a year ago. I was just as delighted with my new Cadillac. My car is black on black and I have never seen it look so shiny inside and out. They polished every inch of my leather inside, including the doors. I had just went camping two weekends in a row and I was the person that carried the dogs, (3 dogs) in the back of my SUV. I had dog hair everywhere, including drool! It was bad. When I picked my car up, there was not one dog hair in my entire interior, including the inside roof. When I stopped to gas up, while chauffeuring the dogs, one of them put his head and paws out the window and scratched my black paint with his nails. It was bad. DAD buffed the ent

I have been using Russ for years and refer him every chance I get. Very thorough, professional, and the price is right. I have never walked away, unsatisfied with his work.

I recently took my 2015 auto to be detailed inside and out. This company did an amazing job and my car looks brand new again. Thank you so much we will be back again.
