My motorcycle went in dirty from top to bottom. Had some rust on rims and pipes. I had really neglected her. Went to pick her up and OMG! She looked new and pretty. No rust. All chrome shines. Buffed and waxed paint. Cannot thank the King of Detail enough. He is truly the best! Great crew Great family.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this establishment!! Pat and his wife Ms Z are some of the sweetest, most over accommodating, hard working individuals I’ve ever meet! His business went above and beyond to make sure my MACH 1 was perfectly ceramic coated and my windows tinted CORRECTLY especially knowing I had such a terrible experience from a previous business in Alexandria. He meet me after hours and worked through the night on a weekend to make sure the best work was done and I will be forever grateful to them and all their staff!

Dropped vehicle off at 9 am, was told that it would be ready in the afternoon. Never heard anything back, no one answered the phone. Ultimately, I got ahold of them on Facebook messenger at 9 pm. I was told that a worker had a family emergency and had to leave but my vehicle would be ready by noon the next day. At noon, I arrive and the vehicle is nowhere close to ready. I was told I can stay and wait if I'd like... I return at 3:15 and basically pick up the vehicle with them still wiping on it more than 30 hours after it was dropped off for a detailing! He did give my wife a discount, the vehicle is cleaned. If you cannot do a job due to unforeseen staffing issues, call the customer and let them know. My Yukon was soooo dirty, inside and out. I have three kids and were always on the go. I never have time to actually take care of my ride. Today they made my vehicle look LITERALLY brand new again!! Even smells new!! Thank you I will be coming back.
