Devils Lake Collision and Glass

Recently, my wife and I had some running boards put on our 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend. We ordered them from Ford.com and they came in early, but Nicholas stated the shop foreman was unable to get them in two days early on a Wednesday whenever we asked for it to be done then. Instead, we had to wait until Friday during our regularly scheduled appointment to get them put on which sort of left a salty taste in our mouths as when we asked Josh Klein in the past to get something done, he always bent over backwards and got the job done when we asked for it. So, we waited until Friday as scheduled and yes, they did get the running boards put on in a reasonable amount of time which ended up being approximately an hour or so. Recently had a pre-owned right hand mirror put on our Ford Focus. Worked with Josh and he was great in finding a newer used mirror for us. When we brought our Focus in, Josh had it put on in 15 to 20 minutes and it has been working great! Thank you! Also, we had the windshield replaced on our Ford Maverick. We worked with Josh again and they were able to put the new windshield on when it arrived without a hitch. In addition, we worked with Jordan from the DL Toyota dealer to purchase crystal fusion for the new Maverick windshield and Jordan was pleasant to work with during the entire purchasing process. I bought a new truck in Dallas, TX and while driving it back to Alaska I had some warranty work come up on the trip home. I had a windshield scheduled to get replaced thru crystal fusion. They ordered in oe glass per the coverage. They called to schedule the install when the glass came in. A week later I brought the vehicle in. It was scheduled for right away in the morning. They called at 4:41 pm stating the glass was scratched and they had to order a new one. The new one is a week out. You had plenty of time to inspect the glass prior to the appt but wait till the last minute to contact me. Was offered to leave it there or bring it back. Well I dont think ill ever use this place again and I will find somewhere more professional than this place. First time and last time I do business here
