She got my information of what I was in need of, found it and called me back within minutes. The part was seamlessly ordered and delivered directly to the dealer where my vehicle was towed for repair. She followed up with me with calls and emails keeping me informed throughout the process. She definitely earned my gratitude and respect for her and Devore Cooke as a business! The team as a whole was on point! Everyone I interacted with was pleasant.
