I had a 10/10 star experience here everyone I encountered and spoke was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Huge thanks to Balthazar for being an amazing salesman to work with! And thank you also to Elvis!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they worked with me and what I could do. By the end I left with the car I wanted very much grateful and happy!!! I will definitely recommend Dewey to anyone who is in search of a nice car buying experience!
I understand that used car dealerships probably have a slanted negative view from the public at large. But, I have to say that my experience with this dealership has been nothing but positive from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away with my "new" used truck. First of all my salesman Noah was just simply great! He is a young man, but he really knows cars and trucks. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you ask for Noah if you need a car or truck! It's a long story, but the first truck I bought the same day I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. I brought it back and Todd the service manager was so great at trying to figure it out and fix it. Chris who is the general manager wa
Originally went to a different dealer, two hours away, to look at a vehicle I had scheduled the day before. When I arrived, they couldn’t find the keys—turns out they sold it right after I got off the phone and never told me. So, we got online and found a similar vehicle about 1.5 hours away at Dewey. Learning from the first experience, I called ahead to make sure they had the car. The sales rep, Noah, was upfront and told me they had the car but not the title yet. I appreciated the honesty since I was looking to buy that day, so I said it wouldn’t work out. About 20 minutes later, Noah called back and said they had the title and the car was available if we still wanted to see it. He didn’t have to tell me about the title situation and could have tried to sell me something else, but he did
I bought my Hyundai Tuscon from here in January. The cars been faithful and has ran good since then. We purchased the extended warranty just in case. A couple weeks ago my brakes were grinding. We took it to another place e to get my brakes replaced. In that process that shop told us the master cylinder might be bad due to my rear passenger brake being stuck in a partial engagement. We had the warranty so we took it to the Service department here. The service department advised it was likely the caliper and brake line that needed replaced. The service department took my car yesterday and changed the caliper and the brake line. They went way above amd beyond. They washed my car, they charged us shop price for the brake line replacement. They call to keep us up to date and let us know it'd b
(Re-uploading so it doesn't get buried) Sold me a 2017 2.5L Ford Fusion with 130,000 miles. That I am told will need to have its transmission replaced from being complete junk after a literal month from purchasing the vehicle. Avoid this dealership at all costs, they will sell you a lemon with absolutely no remorse, and smile as you drive off, knowing it's no longer their problem. Again I cannot emphasize enough, if you value your time and money, find another dealership and avoid purchasing a vehicle from the Dewey Auto Outlet at all costs. Would absolutely rate zero stars if it was possible.
