DFR Autoworks

I brought in an "anomaly" (2009 Smart Fortwo with a BRAAP 6" lift kit and 30" tires) my very own science project. DFR and other shops in the area had never seen the likes of a spacecraft quite like that. Other shops feared the challenge and turned it away. DFR Autoworks however, was eager to accept the challenge and brought me fair and promising results (same day even). They sent me out the door with a grin on my face and even some additional advice free of charge. The mechanic who worked on it even followed up with a phone call to give first hand expertise over it, based on what he discovered during his encounter. DO NOT HESITATE TO GO TO DFR AUTOWORKS! They are GREAT! Had a bad go of it with the local GMC dealer who tried to rip us off! Wendel and his crew at DFR diesel were fair and fast! They charged me a very reasonable amount for an above and beyond job! Got me back on the road enjoying my vacation and not getting ripped off by a dealership!

New in town, they passed the test well in doing great work. A long line at times to get in, as they have a large client base. Consider yourself priviledged if they work on your car.

They are the best , I went to the dealer wrong idea they back their work too the best place to go unless your just trying to throw your money away 💯,I am old so I am not sure how to write a new review but I have more to say ! They are not only the best at electric,engine, front end-rear end,if your car needs it they can fix it and will not stop until it's right agagin and they are not trying to break the bank ,they are so fare price wise and they are the best at everything so if you need help call them they are the best!!!!

I’ve debating on posting this for awhile and ultimately decided it was important others know. DO NOT take your car here. They misdiagnosed my vehicle, had me out nearly 3K then told me the person who was working on my vehicle “couldn’t hear very well”. If that’s the case, why was he working on a car that had a noise issue? They also totally dismissed my initial recommendation THEN ended up replacing a part without my consent that ended up resulting in the noise being fixed. The part they replaced was significantly cheaper than the one I had to pay for. JOKE. I will never recommend this place. I understand others have had phenomenal experiences, but mine was not.
