Called company and confirmed that the part that i needed was in stoct. Ordered part 2 months ago. Got no updates nothing. Than 2 weeks after part was supposed to be delivered got an email saying part was out of stock. Leaving one of my own customers out of a part. 10/10 would not recommend.

Awesome place! My friend and I were stopping by every auto salvage yard in the whole area to find a part for my Honda Accord and none of the part stores were as helpful as DFW Auto Parts. I asked for my specific part and a person immediately went out with us to check in their salvage yard and provided us with great customer service. I bought my exact part and paint color for a really good price and offered to paint my side mirror if it was not the color I was looking for. I believe this place goes beyond the call of duty especially compared to their surrounding competition and you should definitely check this place out if you’re looking for foreign parts.

Love coming to this place they have a nice variety of high quality used parts for high end foreign cars without the crazy expensive dealer prices , new management gave a breath of fresh air to this place and looks like they are turning things around in a good way! This shop/yard is an asset to the salvage yards in the area I will definitely come here before going to the dealer !

First the online price was $125 for a jeep ac compressor when arrived it became $150 for whatever bs reason. Then I had called and confirmed they had it and it was off the car they confirmed when we got there they had to look for it and didn't know what we are talking about. And then by a miracle they found it and it was broken.. they tried their best to rig it together to stick us with it but we had to walk away. Horrible

I was able to get my sienna’s interior rear view for just $40 which was steal. Same mirror on eBay motors going for at least $130. Owner was nice and listened to my concerns very patiently. Great service low prices
