Very disappointed with how this yard handled my order. They made it sound simple at the start — just needed to fix a part, and they’d call me when it was ready. Instead, I spent over a week chasing them down, getting passed around, and hearing stories that didn’t add up. The person I originally spoke to was “never available,” and every update felt like they were stalling. After all the waiting, they ended up telling me they weren’t going to sell it. Ten days wasted for nothing. Definitely not a reliable place to do business with.

Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a yard. I placed an order and was told they just needed to fix a small issue and it would be ready soon. Days went by and every time I called, I got a different excuse — “the guy you talked to is out,” “we’re working on it,” “call back later.” I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after dragging this out for about 10 days, they suddenly told me they didn’t want to sell the engine anymore. Total waste of time and extremely unprofessional. I would not trust this place with your order.

Called for pricing on a battery , he told me call autozone and hung up. Very unprofessional Edit to reply: imagine you didn’t give me the chance, I called other places with no issues. Excuses only satisfy those who make them .. work on your customer service skills, it’s that simple.

Negative stars!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Such a RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL service by the front desk person. He was acting like I was asking for a favor when I was the one trying to buy a car part from them.

Good experience with these guys. They have their return policies printed and posted plain as day when you walk in. Stanley was very kind and helpful in pulling the parts I needed. Good guys
