I highly recommend this dealership! I’ve purchased two cars from them but I have to say my recent experience working with Sam was top tier! He made my car buying experience seamless upon arrival he had everything ready. The car was parked up front waiting me me to test drive, it was clean, and drove quite beautifully, the paperwork was ready and I was in and out in no time. He managed to get my payments even lower than what I expected without me having to ask. The Manager JR was awesome also he took my call originally and got me on the path I needed rather quickly all while being courteous and professional. Ryan was also a great help also. I found a 2018 Honda Odyssey online and called in the morning to confirm that the car was available. The salesperson confirmed it was and I scheduled to come see it at 3 PM the same day. When I arrived, they spent about 15 minutes just trying to locate the car key. After the key was found, I waited another 20 minutes before the vehicle was finally brought out. I was then told the battery was dead. When I first saw the car, it was very dirty inside. All four tires also had low tire pressure warnings. Although they jump-started the engine, the dashboard displayed a low battery warning and the center console system could not even be used. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional.
