DFW MOBILE REPAIR

Did not actually do business with them but as a note they do not seem to be knowledgeable about Scion vehicles. I was getting a quote to have a new light bulb connector attached and the headlight replaced. They would just need to cut the old pigtail, crimp/heat shrink the three wires, and install the headlight. Christian Brothers was able to do this for $155. They quoted me $300 for labor and $40 for parts, stating that they would need to take the front bumper off. This was not something Christian Brothers had to do and everything on the internet agrees as well. I'm sure they're a great business but as they were mobile I was hoping to have this done at home. However as they showed they do not know my vehicle I will not be going back.

Called DFW Mobile Repair for a pre purchase inspection on a Honda CR-V I was looking at. Mateo was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The PPI was comprehensive and took a little over 1 hour including the test drive. They checked the exterior, interior and functions, lights, brakes/pads/rotors, under the hood, and plugged a calibration tool to check the emissions and other computer functions. Mateo patiently answered all my questions during the inspection and even gave me a few tips on what to look out for when buying a used vehicle. He pointed out a few things I used as leverage during the negotiation of the sale and I ultimately drove away with a great vehicle! Very satisfied with the service and I’ll definitely call DFW Mobile Repaid for future PPIs or repair needs.

I called Hamm Last minute in the late morning, and to my surprise, he was able to come out same day! He was thorough and honest. Having worked as a mechanic myself, I know some shops will try and blow hot air to you. But Hamm was upfront, and honest in terms of his capabilities (my issue would NOT be able to be worked on mobile-wise, I'd have to go to his shop). I would absolutely recommend this mechanic. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I'll definitely be using them again!

I called on a Sunday and needed my car fixed in a pinch. Hamm was very professional and kind. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was very transparent. He is definitely passionate about what he does and runs his business with integrity. 10/10 recommend and will be coming here again!

Great and honest work, fixed major problems with suspension within a day for a terrific price! Hamm had great customer service and was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and even showed the damaged parts I got repaired. I would recommend his services to anyone in the metroplex.
