Omar is awesome! My battery died here at home and DFW Road Service. Inc was sent out by AAA. My tech arrived earlier than expected AND he even called me for address confirmation twice (I missed the first call) when he was close by to make sure he got to me. I have had plenty of other services (delivery, pick-up, and auto) just give up because my place can be tricky to find. My 12 year old is interested in cars and all things "repair" and when I asked Omar if my son could just watch him to learn, he was super cool about it and treated my son really well. While they did not have the battery I needed, he did give me a jump so I could get to Autozone, spoke to the people at AutoZone to make sure they had everything I needed, and was super patient and knowledgeable about helping me understand m

I called this company yesterday for assistance. When they arrived, my car lights were on—I had even driven my car that morning. A few hours later, the lights wouldn’t turn on, and the car wouldn’t start. I asked them to give me a jump, and at the time of arrival, the lights were working, indicating the battery was fine. However, after Omar attempted to jump-start my car for about an hour, the lights suddenly went completely out. The owner promised to fix the issue the next day. When I took the car to my mechanic, I was told I needed a new battery. I knew I needed an alternator, but not a new battery. According to my mechanic, the battery was damaged due to Omar overheating my car and using the wrong cables. The owner did not keep his word and was rude, even cursing at me. I strongly adv

I pray that this is the right company because tonight my tow truck driver was a godsend. I had a blowout on my way home from work and Roderic responded so quickly and got there fast to assist me. It was honestly less than 30min when I got the flat, called AAA, and help had arrived. After getting my car on the tow truck he even helped me with towing it to a local tire shop. I'm new to the area and only go home and to work. So I didn't know where to tow my car other than home. After helping me to safely get my car to the shop he then helped me by giving me a ride home. This all was truly a blessing since I wasn't sure how I would get my car taken care of before work tomorrow. Thank God for Roderic and his OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I pray that this recognition gets to him. I am truly grateful for

Flash, the tow truck driver, provided exceptional service. He communicated clearly, kept us informed of his ETA, and handled a hectic situation with professionalism and ease. His positive attitude and reliability made a stressful experience much more manageable. If he is not already recognized as Employee of the Month, he certainly deserves to be.

The first techs who came out were nice, jumped my car and I drove it to get battery charged. It ended up dying in the middle of the freeway and I called the tech back. They came immediately to attempt to jump it again but it would not, so he then pushed it to a safer spot in 110 heat and gave me a ride home. Love them. The tow driver who was sent after was also astounding because he placed the car into our garage so it is safe from rain/theft while we are in the middle of a move and cannot repair. (The key is stuck inside and car stuck in neutral with windows down due to dead battery.) I am so thankful to all of those who helped me with this for going above and beyond in the middle of a stressful move.
