Paid for the "mothers day special" but did not receive anything special at all. Car seemed half washed, lots of spots missed with brake dust still all over wheels. When I contacted them I was very respectful, but was greeted with Mr. Grants mother arguing with me the whole time that I was wrong and nothing was wrong with the job they did. Said my mom's car was filthy and that I only paid for the basic wash and they "weren't going to waste their time to fix 4 wheels" just because I was unhappy. Later discovered they got the lock switch on the driver side door full of water, ruining the switch and locking us out of the car. When asked what I wanted to do to fix the issue, I figured since they actually did come out to attempt to wash the car I wouldn't ask for a full refund, instead asking fo
