"Outstanding service and honesty! I went to a big tire chain, and they told me I needed to replace my tie rods to get an alignment done. I brought my car to DiGiovanni's for a second opinion. They did a thorough inspection and found the tie rods were perfectly fine—just a bit stiff. They spent the time to free them up and grease them, saving me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Because of their honesty and professional work, I was finally able to get my alignment finished. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’ve found one here. Highly recommend!"

Dishonest, disappointing. Peter gave me a list of things that needed to be done, quoted at $1,000 if we brought parts. Did half the the job(both struts, brakes, radiator) was requoted at $550. Dropped the car off then they called AFTER they did the work and said we owed $850 because they fixed other things that they never got approved or told us about. Things not included on the list he wrote out and handed me. When we complained they told us they gave us a bad quote the first time because they were “busy”. That’s not our problem and next time call a person before doing stuff to their car and not just demanding the money.
