I went into the store to inquire about having glass added into my current cabinet doors. I was told to either send the measurements of the doors or bring the doors in to get a estimate for pricing. When I went back to the store with my cabinet doors, the front rep was very short with me. Didn't give me a chance to fully explain why I was there. She took a look at my doors and said we don't work on Un-processed cabinets. I had no idea what she was talking about. I asked what she meant. Then she replied, where are we supposed to put the glass at, we don't do wood. I thought about it for a moment and then asked her if she meant that I needed to have the center of the cabinets cut out first? She then said yes. I have visited Diablo Glass four times, and each time, the front staff has been incredibly helpful. They assisted me in finding the right size of glass for my projects and even helped me get the contractor tracks I needed for three door closets. Their knowledge and customer service made the whole experience smooth and efficient. It's always a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend their services. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

The staff at Diablo Glass was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous when it came to meeting my needs for screen replacement. Yvonne took the time to explain to me what I needed to have done and how to go about doing it. I will definitely be returning to Diablo Glass for future needs.

Very unprofessional. Wrong measurements twice! When confronted about the issue the owner says to find another company. Lost thousands of dollars waiting on the orders to then be told to find someone else. Unfortunately does not know how to run a business. New owner as of this year barely 6 months into the business.

Great customer service and communication. I had Window replacement in my kitchen garden window box. The Installer Nate was on time, very conscientious, and, did a phenomenal job measuring and installing the new glass. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Diablo Glass and was 100% satisfied!
