I have to say they have redeemed them selves. It was all a misunderstanding and they have helped me solve my issue. Thank you for making it right. The service was efficient. I purchased a 2023 Acura TLX Type S and it is my first “luxury” car. I wanted to make sure that I took some precautionary steps to keep it looking as new as possible and protect the paint. I already had some swirls in the paint although it was brand new from the dealer. I did some research and actually found them in Groupon for ceramic coating. I saw they had great reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. They were friendly and communicative. I love the way my car looks. The swirls were not only gone but it was so shiny! Got my 2023 M340 ceramic coated at Drexler Ceramic and I am so happy with the results! The price was very fair, they were friendly, great communication and were able to be flexible with my on short notice. Highly recommend if you care about your car, especially if it’s black. It also looks significantly better than when I bought the car thanks to their paint correction being included in their ceramic coating package.
