I had a great experience with Daniel. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. He took the time to explain the repair process so I understood everything. The service was fast and my car look great. I really appreciate the great customer service. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs again.
I brought my car to this body shop in 2018 or 2019 to fix my bumper after a minor fender bender. They did a great job initially, but over time the paint on the bumper and fender has been steadily chipping away. The damage is only on the bumper that was repaired and nowhere else on the car. Since they advertise a lifetime warranty, I brought the car back. The owner did technically look at the car, but the inspection was mediocre and extremely brief. He also chipped away at the paint some more by scratching it off with his nail when he was "inspecting" the car. There was no real effort to evaluate the issue or consider that the problem could be related to their original work. Instead, he immediately blamed “debris” and claimed I must have hit something or been in another accident. That is

Leo is the tech who worked on our car he did an amazing job, he always kept us updated and when we called he never hesitated to pick up our call and answer all our questions..
