Update: 27Dec25 1000hrs. Had my oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 F150 2.7 ecoboost 109,000 miles. Just wanted to take the time and give Diamond D Performance Tire and Lube here in Elgin a shout out and praise for great and quality customer service and a job well done. They definitively put the customer first. Thank you for a great experience. Employees of all businesses need to understand that you set the standard for the business. How you interact with the customer and the quality of your performance level, is the impression that we as customers view and decide where we will spend our money in the furure. Great customer service and they stand by their word and their work. I highly recommend this shop.

The gentlemen that work there are true professionals. They had one vehicle in the bay when I arrived (11:15ish) working on a tire plug. So, instead of complaining, they decided to multi-task. They had me pull to the side of the bay, and two of them began to remove/replace my new rear tires.

I’ve been working in Elgin for years and this shop has always been my go to for tire and oil changes. I’ve been elsewhere and they ask me for my email, address, phone number!! Not this place. They get the job done without all that nonsense. Great prices too!! Small town feel in this growing town. Hard working honest workers willing to help !
