Diamond Image Detailing

I was searching for a company yesterday to detail my boyfriend’s car on short notice so I could surprise him after a trip. They couldn’t get me in that day but said they would make time today. I didn’t take very good pictures of the before but you can see the after is great. I am floored by how amazing they did. It’s very clear that they take a LOT of pride in their business, and they put their all into their work. I was met with kindness and great communication during the process and was surprised at how far they go to ensure that you walk away happy. I’ve had my personal car detailed before by other places in the past, and I’ve never been so impressed. I am so very thankful for the awesome job they did and I will definitely be a repeat customer along with passing their name on to others.

I am extremely happy with the service I received. They were extremely professional and my truck looks like I just drove it off the lot. I will definitely be returning.

10/10 experience. Got a paint correction and ceramic coating. Took good care of my car and it came out better than expected. Very professional and kept me updated during the whole process. Definitely reccomend for anyone who needs a detail. I will definitely be back!

I super highly recommend this amazing company! When I returned to my vehicle it was as if it was brand new fresh out of the factory. They did a full ceramic job on my truck and even detailed my interior as well. This also was my first time using this company. Outstanding customer service and very good at what they do. What I paid for vs. what I received: Paid for full exterior detail → Was forgotten until I arrived and done last-minute Paid for engine bay wipe-down → Only addressed after I pointed it out at pickup Paid for interior deep cleaning → Still had visible dirt I wiped off myself Paid for carpet removal, drying, and reinstall → Carpet was still damp at pickup, no clear signs of professional drying Expected the vehicle to be properly reassembled → USB ports and seat warmer were left unplugged, had to return the next day Expected peace of mind for a $1,000 service → Left with doubts, extra cleanup, and inconvenience Response: I was never told my car needed to stay overnight. I was called and told it was “ready,” and only found out the carpet was still damp when I arrived, pulled off the ca
