Diamond Tire

Despite the significant price difference compared to other suppliers, I decided to stay loyal to Diamond, and support the small local business. Unfortunately Diamond had a recent change of management, and in my estimation it is no longer an honest business. They tried to cheat me by installing a set of budget tires that retail for about $76 less PER TIRE than what I ordered and paid for. They were not even the right size tires for the car! Having noticed the problem, I made them install the correct tires but they didn’t even apologize, or try to claim they made an honest mistake. My advice: BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!

Got to say this was a pretty positive experience. The tires were delivered to their shop when promised, and it only took 30 to 45 minutes of my time to have them put on. The young lady on the phone and in the office were both super nice and very helpful.

Really nice, honest folks. Highly recommend! Updated review: I've now been back to Diamond three times for new tires and alignment work and can't recommend them enough. They're super professional and accommodating, and really want to make sure you're happy. Can't say enough good things about them!

These guys are great. They are in business for the customer relationship. I've been coming here for years. Their prices are great, and they're not rip-offs like so many tire places. It's a rare place, where customer service still exists.
