Diamond used tires and road service

I got 2 quality tires at a cheap price. The gentleman that took care of me was wonderful. He has 2 tires on very fast!

My dad bought two used tires from this place. He couldn't get them balanced anywhere because he was told there was a bulge in one of the tires. One day later, the tire without the bulge blew out on the expressway.

I showed up shortly after he closed but he was still nice enough to help me get a new tire after seeing mine was completely flat he was also able to compromise how i made my payment to him bit to mention how great the tire he gave me was great tread and full of life

I brought 4 used tires that they put on. I heard noise on the rear tire and took it back. He told me to take it because it wasn't the tire. I took it to Tireman and they told me only one lug nut was fastened. This caused damaged to the wheel that Tireman repaired. Took it back to Diamond and they don't want to reimburse me. Taken it to court. I'm not letting get over on me!

Bought a tire yesterday by the time I got home I was half flat! Took it somewhere else today to find out he cracked my rim and sent me on my way! Cares more about money than the safety of his customers
