STAY AWAY – DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT (Update: The problem was still present after inspections by both the dealer and Firestone. The owner never reached out or responded to my email to resolve this issue, even though they stated they would in response to this review.) I brought my vehicle to this shop to diagnose and repair a coolant leak. Based on their diagnosis, I paid for the repair upfront. At the time of payment, I did not receive a receipt. I repeatedly requested documentation over several months and was given various excuses, including system issues and system changes. The receipt was only provided after multiple follow-ups. Service guy was great, prices were fair. just recommended dropping off. first visit, took longer than expected and than i was told but coming from someone in the industry, its understandable promise time for waiters may be innacurate. my exhaust sounds a million times better. definitely recommend
