I had a really good experience with everyone I worked with, Joe, Dianna, and the check in people. There were lots of updates, people were very informative and kind, especially Dianna. The process of being in a car accident is already stressful but the whole experience felt seamless, and even the rental car portion went smoothly and efficiently. When I picked up my car, it looked beautiful. I didn’t realize it was detailed inside and out. The car looked brand new. Thank you so much!

I had used Dick Hannah's repair facility before and had no doubt they would be able to help me again. I was not disappointed. I brought my car in, they kept me updated on their progress and delivered the car on time. They did a beautiful job. The car is as good as new.

Just picked up my baby and it looks better then it did before it got hit by a deer. The customer service was amazing while they kept me up to date during the process. I picked the car up at night time and thought I seen a flaw so we made another appointment to get it fixed. After getting home and looking closely at it I noticed i was wrong about the flaws and am impressed by the attention to detail the shop had. They even washed the car and had it all clean for me when I picked it up. Highly recommend 👌

The reason for giving 4 stars is because the initial estimate was around $4000 if I am paying from my pocket but the final estimate was around $1200 as the insurance company paid. What a gap!!! How can be $2800 different between the initial and the final for an easy damage fix not complicating with no hidden damage like that? But overall good service and nice people. I appreciate that. Thank you

I was hit by an inattentive driver several days after purchasing my brand new Outback. The Subaru dealership at Vancouver Mall recommended the body shop after a quick check to make sure the lights on the dash wouldn't prevent safe driving, and from the start, everyone was wonderful. I was seen by Megan almost immediately for an initial estimate of damages; Denise, Tammy and Dianne were all extremely communicative with scheduling drop offs and giving me updates on the status of my vehicle after John took over for final estimates when I brought the car in for final drop off a week or so later. Damages turned out to be worse than initially suspected (bumper, impact bars, paneling, etc), but despite my Outback being brand new with no aftermarket parts, the body shop had it repaired and ready t
