Just be aware of the office lady, Mindy. She’s rude and lies. My son’s car was towed there after a mild accident. His creditor had their insurance adjuster contact Lumpkin and spoke to Mindy. She claimed the car is totaled beyond repair. She claimed the air bags deployed and transmission locked up…not true. We laughed when she offered $500 for the car. She started the process to take over ownership after 30 days of storage. We paid Lumpkin $2000 for the storage and had the car towed to another mechanic. It turns out the axle and wheel can be fixed…no problem with the transmission and air bags. I Do Not recommend doing business with Lumpkin especially with Mindy in the office!!!

Last night we got the call no family ever wants to receive. My little brother was in an accident on his way home from college, and his truck was totaled. In the middle of all that chaos, Zavier the tow truck driver was truly a blessing. He helped calm my brother down, got his truck safely to the tow lot, and made sure he had somewhere safe to stay for the night since we were over 8 hours away. We can’t thank him enough for taking care of him when we couldn’t be there. People like Zavier make the hardest moments a little easier, and we are incredibly grateful.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Dick Lumpkin organization for several years and their timely service and excellent workmanship are qualities that make me grateful to be one of their clients. Mindy is always cheerful, helpful and detailed with what service needs done and the cost involved. I would recommend this team to care for your vehicles and I appreciate knowing they stand behind their work. They take care of their customers.

I repeat and repeat do not go to dick lumpkin! For anything the office lady(mindy) will lie straight to your face and your loan company. Saying it’s totaled and offer you 500 dollars. Oh the transmission is shot and the air bags were deployed. Not true at all. She’ll take your car fix it up and sell it. Oh and don’t call the police, that will rlly make her mad. Told me I couldn’t get a few personal items. Without out giving her the title and rights to the vehicle!!!! Do not go to dick lumpkin!!!

Just picked my car up after a semi tire flew up and shattered the windshield and did damage to the hood, grill, and roof. Quick and easy to work with. Car looks brand new outside and inside! If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would!
