Wife and I were traveling on 75 North when Honda CRV undercarriage panel dropped low and was scrapping the road. Tied it up with shoe strings and found Dicks not to far away. They were great!!!! Fixed the panel checked and tapped up tire pressures and tried to send us on our way at no charge!!! Took about an hour of time and they just said Merry Christmas 😉 My wife handed him some cash and got him to accept it. But seriously. Their point was it was just a couple bolts ! Great experience !

I went here for a set of new breaks they give me a new caliper on my rear left side as well. on 10/28/25 it’s now 2/8/26 and I find they didn’t even change the washers out or tighten it. I was on the express way when the whole break caliper fell off I had very little control over my breaks. thank god mad mikes tire service is here to get me new washers and to make sure it’s tight enough to not fall off

These guys were willing to work with parts I sourced myself, did a quick job with a fair price and good customer service. Honest about the work that was done and were willing to explain other issues with the car when I asked. This shop does a good job and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Edit after 1 year: They helped me with quick cheap fixes when that was what I needed, but when I didn't have immediate problems they would outright refuse to do any work on it. Today I have an immediate problem that keeps me from driving it more than a few miles, and he simply hangs up on me. Probably going to have to find a different mechanic if you want to keep an old car in running condition.

Always did good work, never had a problem until today when they locked my keys in the car and took off to go hunting without saying anything to me about picking my car up before they close for 4 days.

This is probably the best place across michigan to go to for any vehicle repairs or even just advice.... I remember one time a couple years ago my vehicle was going to take longer than expected... And the older gentleman that owned it gave me a ride home because I was waiting for it to be done.... And offered to come and get me when it was done... Fast forward to years later now... It's a week before the holiday weekend and steve had my van in and done ( 3 different services) in 2 days so I had a vehicle for the weekend... Not just the work that they do but the morals and ethics behind the family and workers is exactly why we continue going back there!
