Absolutely terrible experience. The level of unprofessionalism from this company is unbelievable. Not only was the staff rude and dismissive, but they made me stand outside in the snow for over an hour with no clear communication, no updates, and no basic courtesy. I was treated like my time and comfort didn’t matter at all. There was no urgency, no accountability, and zero concern for customer service. The entire situation felt careless and disrespectful. I would strongly warn anyone to think twice before using this company — this was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

Dicks is the perfect name for their company because they are Dicks. I was visiting a friend at their apartment not there that long and my car was towed so fast. I had to walk in the cold to their lot and pay $150 to get my car out and they were mad they had to stop towing to come back to the lot and deal with me. There was no clear signage in the parking lot indicating where to park. Be careful where you park in Joliet because they are vultures waiting to make money by towing someones car.

Dicks towing in Joliet are horrible people. I was in a car accident and had a rental parked at my apartment complex. It was the weekend and I was unable to contact the apartment complex to notify them. Dicks towed my rental. I then told them I would have a different car later on that day. They told me to call them with the details of the car and it would not be towed. The very next night, the car was towed. He claims he told me it was on the do not tow list for one night only. That is a lie. He never disclosed that information to me. They are horrible people that do not care about anyone or anything besides the almighty dollar. I was in a terrible position, and they insisted on making it worse. God don’t like ugly. What goes around comes around.
