First big trip in my used RV…flat tire, I went to 2 other places that could not work on it. This shop was recommended by the second shop I had went to. They were friendly, fast, helpful and the price was great, way lower than what I anticipated for 2 new tires and checking all the others ! I will recommend to anyone who will listen. They made a frustrating situation tolerable and the tires did great !

I brought my husbands 4Runner in for oil change and tires rotated and balanced. They forgot to balance it when I had left already and when I checked the invoice, it didn’t say balanced so I went back to see if they can squeeze me in. I was extremely grateful when they said they could especially because working in Corporate America, by the time I get off work everything is closed so I just wanted everything done today on my day off. They got my tires balanced and took care of everything! I’m so appreciative for a great auto place here in Dickson! We have 3 vehicles so we’ll definitely continue to use this mom and pop place over anywhere else! Thank you Dickson Oil and Tires!

I called 5 days ahead and scheduled an appointment to have 2 new tires and a rotation done. I was told $419 over the phone for everything. When I arrived they seemed to have no record of my appointment. Then I was told the price would be $498, $79 more than I was quoted. They were unwilling to honor the price I was given over the phone. I live 45 minutes away and scheduled my entire day around this appointment. If you decide to use them, make sure you record your calls if quoted over the phone.

These folks are super! They are very dependable, reasonably priced, and most importantly competent.

Stopped because of vibrating tire issue. Was set for $140 service I requested. They called me into the bay and explained an issue and that it would be better to get new tires— they don’t sell them, they just wanted to take care of us. No charge. Trustworthy service is greatly appreciated. Told them I’d give them a review. It’s good to meet honest folk.
