We have been dealing with Diederich's RV over the years for a variety of needs and have found both Melissa and Rob to be courteous and professional. Recently, our RV had an issue with the roof and Rob got it in immediately and did a quality repair at a reasonable price. We highly recommend this facility for all your RV needs. Hello. First, This place is a "parts replacer" not a mechanic. You know the ones who want to sell you new parts instead of fixing the problem.. I called a few days after getting my vehicle back home (which I had no problem getting it home) to ask if they could work with me financially since I'll have to take it someplace else. They refused.. An hour and 15 min they charged me $240+ to check the batteries voltage and tire pressures. Ridiculous!!

I made an appointment for my bus and it’s sat there for two weeks nothing was done that I gave the list of to be done. And also they didn’t even have the consideration to plug-in the bus so all my food in my freezer and refrigerator went bad. When I checked on it last week it was plugged in I go on vacation and come back nothing has been fixed or plugged in now I have a mess to clean up and all my food is bad .very unsatisfied.This totally unacceptable .

Diederich's saved our camping vacation. We had a major issue on the highway, hours from home, and ended up getting turned away by the bigger place down the street. Diederich's had no problem with us showing up and fixed our issue within an hour and got us back on the road. They were kind and accommodating and made sure we were good to go before hooking the camper back up to finish our travels. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great family owned small business. Very knowledgeable and fantastic service. They've been so helpful for everything we've needed and helped us out when we were in a pinch a couple of times.
