Diego's Auto Repair and Smog Check

I called Diego's Auto Repair for replacement of Rack and Pinion and he said it was a 2 DAY JOB! Said it would be $900 without alignment and would need the car for 2 DAYS! So I did this job myself because I need the car and without any experience in changing out the rack, I put it in about 1 day because I DON"T HAVE EXPERIENCE, NOR LIFT TOOLS! SO IT WOULD OF BEEN ROBBERY $1,000+ AND i WOULD NOT HAVE MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS SO I SAID HELL I'LL DO IT MYSELF! I don't know if it's because i am female or what but that made me sick and i need the car every day! the job wasn't that hard to do truly! just a good work out! still pissed at the price and the two days junk! I never use mechanics haven't for 2 years already and just work on my own stuff.

Been very reliable. I'm grateful for the service they've provided, whenever needed. The service on cars is also very quick, I normally have my car back within hours

They do smog checks, but the tech won't be back for a month. At least thats what they told me. I guess I'll have to take my money somewhere else. And you are just around the corner from me. Would have been a great way to make a new customer.

Your go to mechanic. They are honest, do great work, and are very reliable. No frills, maybe a little pricey? But nowadays, you still get quality work.
