Horrible experience. Took my money and did not repair my vehicle. They refused to do anything to correct the situation or even answer my calls. If I could give zero stars I would. They took over $1000 from me and never fixed the problem. When I took it to a different shop they were able to fix it right away, saying that the previous shop had purposely cut corners and any mechanic would have been able to do the repair. At one point diehls decided they would no longer answer my calls, which is what lead me to take it to a different shop. Once the problem was resolved I continued to call looking for a refund or some explanation and was meant with the voicemail box. Disgusting behavior. Paid for work not done!!! I brought my vehicle in for spark plugs and coils due to a misfire. I was quoted a fairly low price which had me suspicious because of the amount of work that was needed to access 3 of the 6 spark plugs. When I picked my vehicle up, the problem persisted. No big deal I figured I’d see what was next on the list to troubleshoot. I took the car elsewhere and the new mechanic insisted that new plugs and coils should’ve fixed the problem. Upon investigation turns out Diehls on wheels never even touched the back 3 plugs or coils and I was show irrefutable evidence of this being the case. When I confronted Norm at diehls on wheels he looked me in the face and told me that was not possible and insisted the work had been done. So not only was I out the parts that I provide

I absolutely trust and love Norm and Sabrina. Norm figures out the issue and gets the repairs done in a timely manner. He is also very reasonably priced. Sabrina handles all the office details and has a great ability to deal with people. I highly recommend Diehls on Wheels Auto. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Scam artists. Bad experience. Came in for a simple problem, they said it was my valve stem covers. Had to come back a second time within two weeks for the same exact issue. Paid full price both times. The THIRD time I called and it went to voicemail. I never received a call back, I left multiple voicemails explaining my issues. Took it to a different place and they showed me that Diehls didn’t use the right products and didn’t actually replace anything. I paid a good amount of money and wanted a refund. Never heard back from them. Very disappointed

Family run business, great people, dependable cars. Went here with my brother looking for a car for him. Any used car dealership is gonna be a hit or miss. Every car dealer is in for the money. Um I mean that’s why they got the business to begin with right. However not every car dealer is a swindler. 2 yrs later and his car runs great! Anytime he’s had any problem Norm had no problems checking it out with no charge. Every problem turned out to be us not knowing something properly. Never a problem or issue getting ahold of him for any help. Always got a call back. The prices on basic maintenance is cheap and fair. A definite place to get a car or repairs for one you got off the shady guy down the street.
