Diesel Pickup Specialists

I drove in at 1:00 and they dropped a job to get me in. Unfortunately no fix. Mike, the owner said no fix, no charge. Thanks guys. That type of service is so rare these days.

I had a great experience with Diesel Pickup Specialists when one of my drivers was coming down Route 14 in the Big Horn National Forest. A prior shop didn't obviously do a good job with setting the plug in the drivers side break chamber when last in Chicago. Not such a good thing when your battling curves and a downhill road coming down the mountain. My other worry.....my driver is in the middle of nowhere and who's going to be available to get this issue fixed. Only a few shops within a 60 mile radius and the rest are on the other side of the Big Horn National Forest. I decided calling Diesel Pickup Specialists and the receptionist was very friendly and their service was very quick. Seems like a quality repair. The only issues I faced was a failure to inspect before ordering parts, inspecting the entire emissions system, and communication. I am a diesel mechanic. Had I been closer to home and not had warranty, I would've done the repairs myself.

These guys are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They do it all. Very nice facility.

I have worked with these owners for a few years now and have always been treated very well, as have their other customers! Mykle is very knowledgeable in the diesel industry, and well respected. Their work speaks volumes, which has required them to expand and build a bigger shop to further take care of their customers, as their business is booming! Highly recommend them!
