DiFeo Kia Service Center

My scheduling experience with Marissa was great. She set me up for service within 2 hours of my call. Jen & the service team were outstanding. I was in and out in 15 minutes with no charge. Jen also advised me to call my original dealership and have my free oil changes transfered into my maintenance account. This location is not where I leased my new Sportage but their service department treated me as if I had. Kudos to Defeo and their team.

My experience with Matt, Service Manager, @ DiFeo Kia in Lakewood, NJ was extremely positive. Matt greeted me with a big welcoming smile, he was very pleasant & professional to work with. My car needed a couple of things done and he took the time to explain everything very clearly to me; he is very knowledgeable. All the folks @ DiFeo were very nice and very pleasant; it was a very positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Definitely happy I decided to go to DiFeo in Lakewood.

As always…my service appointment was flawless. They reminded me I was due for my 22,000 mile service and not just an oil change. They had everything done in less than an hour and I wasn’t surprised by any additional charges. Because their service is always so great it encourages me to consider another Kia when I’m tired of this one lol. I had thought about going back to Cadillac but that service doesn’t compare to DiFeo Kia. Great job as usual.

I recently brought my 2024 Kia Carnival to for maintenance. After 2 years, issues started to surface. First was the gas door which stopped consistently popping Open when needed. The center took 4 months for this repair with min communication from their end. I had to follow up constantly and then basically gave up after they ordered the wrong part. While some other issues were checked, I am extremely disappointed with how several important concerns were handled. 1. Driver seatbelt: The seatbelt frequently does not retract properly. This has already caused a noticeable dent on the door panel, but the dealership did not offer any solution or repair, and simply stated it could not be reproduced. I am concerned about safety, as the seatbelt should reliably retract and secure the driver. Similar

I needed to have my first oil change on my new 2025 K4 LSX, I live in Brick and went to Defeo Kia Sevice Center. I was spoken to with respect from the phone call to schedule my appointment to the payment and checkout. I was there less than and hour. I trust what the mechanic did was correct as I have no way of knowing and no immediate reason to question anything. My experience there is favorable and I will return in 6 months for my next check up, I think their great!
